Description
With the new heat fusion technique, Thermal Bond Cartridge Filter is made from
pure 100% Polypropylene. Advanced cartridge filter systems perfectly solve troubles
such as remaining ashes generated from precise filtration, imperfect edge sealing
issues, and channeling problems
Special Feature
- Long life cycle of filter
Three stages of heat fusion method are used in the production of Interclean
filter cartridge and there are three stages of degree of strength from inside.
Consequently, impurities are designed to be destroyed from outside and the
removal of corpuscle when going inside promises longer life cycle of filter.
- Good filter rate
Three stages of heat fusion non-woven are manufactured very uniformly. This
means that fiber manufacturing process is uniform. Uniformly manufactured
fiber which forms several tens of classes becomes a highly efficient filter
cartridge.
- Wide filter area
Unevenly manufactured exterior surface of the filter cartridge maximizes filter
area. Wide filter area is related to total water volume and life of filter.
- Excellent chemical resistance
Thanks to the use of pure poplyproplene and heat fusion process, filter cartridge
is strong against drinking water, pure water, alkaline, strong acid and other
chemicals. Also it does not react to them.
